Born and raised in a bilingual family in Ottawa’s south-end, Phil started his career in the hospitality industry. He then shifted to the event world where he found that many of his skillsets matched the fast-paced, unpredictable environment that this industry demanded. His people skills, being organized, and paying close attention to detail with a meticulous eye, paired with being quick on his feet under pressure, Phil thrived as an Event Manager. With an ambition to move up the ranks, Phil took a position as a Sales Manager for a large meeting and events centre where he Championed his role and became the top producing Sales Manager in his second year. After 8 years of handling most of the large-scale accounts in event sales, Phil decided to shift his focus to real estate. He chose Exit Excel Realty as he was drawn to their sense of family. Led by Chris Brown and his infectious personally, Phil soon found a home where his sense of integrity and client loyalty was matched by the brand that he represented.
Being organized, empathetic, social and having a passion for client relationships, Phil possesses all of the skillsets to be successful in real estate. He will always put his clients first to ensure not only the highest level of service but that he and his clients remain in contact long after the purchase or sale of their home. Phil is a strong negotiator and ensures that he puts his clients in a position to receive the best price for their sale or purchase.
Phil is very familiar with Ottawa and it’s surrounding areas. He purchased his first condo at the age of 21 and has been involved in real estate investing ever since. He loves crunching numbers and helping his clients determine if a property is worth buying as an investment.
When Phil isn’t working and going above and beyond for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and experimenting with new recipes.
